Research Interests

Dr. Stevenson's research is in computational linguistics and artificial intelligence. Her primary interests are in computational models of human linguistic processing, and massively parallel models of intelligent behavior. Recent work has focused on the development of a hybrid symbolic/connectionist model of natural language parsing that can explain psycholinguistic data on ambiguity resolution.
