This talk (based on work co-authored with Shaun Nichols) will consider recent work emphasizing the significance of automaticity and the emotions in the production of moral judgment. It will suggest that while these developments illuminate moral processing, they do not undermine a continuing role for moral rules

The RuCCS Colloquia Series is organized by Dr. Julien Musolino and Dr. Sara Pixley. The talks are held on Tuesdays in the Psychology Building, Room 101 on the Busch Campus from 1:00-2:30pm.
