Sensory Codes in the Brain: A collaborative workshop of faculty and trainee neuroscientists to identify critical issues and discuss future directions for the sensory neurosciences. A unifying goal among sensory neuroscientists operating in different modality systems (hearing, vision, touch, taste, smell) is to discover the “rules” for coding sensation, perception, and meaning in the brain. Sponsored by the Dean of Social and Behavioral Sciences (SAS) and Hosted by Dr. Kasia M.
