Liz has focused her career on understanding leadership and the ways in which it can be a key lever for creating great teams, cultures, and organizations, with a specialty in cross-cultural inclusion... Liz holds a PhD in social psychology and a master’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy from Northeastern University. Outside of work, she pursues a variety of activities that blend artistry with technical skill, fuel creativity, and build resilience. Whether baking, knitting, or powerlifting, she enjoys working through tough challenges while stepping back to appreciate the beauty of simplicity. Dr. Salib's full biography here.
