How to Request Support

All users must use the incident management reporting system found at this URL: https://ithelp.sas.rutgers.edu . Requests submitted in this manner have the highest priority
Please avoid direct email and phone requests for support. These systems are not monitored as regularly and are subject to delays or possibly being missed altogether

After Hours Email:

Incidents and messages received after hours will be responded to at my first opportunity on the next business day

To request a dedicated meeting with me, please use my MS Bookings page, choose a service (reason for the meeting) and an available time slot. A minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 14 day advance notice is required.
