Jo’Ann has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and 40+ years of administrative experience. Prior to joining Rutgers, Jo’Ann worked at Goldman Sachs & Co as a Department Administrator in their Management Development and Training Department. She possess strong supervisory, administrative, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, all of which help her to perform difficult tasks effectively and efficiently. In her role as the RuCCS Senior Program Coordinator, she has demonstrated knowledge and understanding about office administration, prioritizing, organizing, coordinating, and facilitating.
Oversight of daily operations and business services; fiscal management and operations; administration and personnel management; grant administration; event management; operational assurance and compliance; risk management; strategic planning; and facilities and space planning.
