How does the mind work? How does the brain make the mind? The RUTGERS CENTER FOR COGNITIVE SCIENCE seeks the answers.
RuCCS faculty come from several departments including Psychology, Philosophy, Linguistics, and Computer Science. They work together on all aspects of human cognition: language, perception, reasoning, decision making, development , and disorders. The international reputation of RuCCS attracts distinguished visitors from around the world. Students have unique opportunities for research and training in laboratory projects, in seminars, and in prominent lecture series. Research results are published in leading journals and often have MAJOR impact on the field of brain sciences.
