Michael Lewis awarded the Board of Trustees Award for Excellence in Research

Please join us in congratulating Michael Lewis for being awarded the Board of Trustees Award for Excellence in Research for the academic year 2018-2019. This has also been an eventful year for Michael, who received a Lifetime Distinguished Contribution Award from the International Congress of Infant Studies earlier this year.

Elizabeth Torres awarded the Board of Trustees Award for Excellence in Research

We are excited to congratulate Elizabeth Torres for being awarded the Board of Trustees Award for Excellence in Research for the academic year 2018-2019. This is the highest honor for outstanding research contributions that the university awards to tenured faculty. Dr. Torres has had an incredible year, from launching her new autism center to securing her patent for work related to methods in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders.

RuCCS Students Launch the First Undergraduate Cognitive Science Journal in the World

LAUNCH AND CALL FOR PAPERS: We are excited to announce the launch of the "Mental Note" journal, the only one of its kind – an Academic Journal dedicated to Cognitive Science, aimed at publishing undergraduate research.

We are looking for college-level research papers and theoretical works and commentaries pertaining to the Cognitive Sciences.

Elizabeth Torres secures patent for "Methods for the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders"

RuCCS Executive Director Sara Pixley Awarded SAS Staff Excellence Award

The first annual Arts and Sciences Staff Excellence Awards for Distinguished Service recipients were honored by Peter March, Executive Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, and JoAnne Williams, Vice Dean of Administration, for their distinguished record in service excellence and dedication to the School of Arts and Sciences and our students and constituents at a reception at Winants Hall on February 22.
