Lindsay is a Music Theory, Cognition and Perception PhD from the Ohio State University. She is currently working as a Data Scientist at Sonde Health, where she detects vocal biomarkers from speech samples such as (1) respiratory symptoms consistent with COVID-19 and (2) clinical depression. She is also the Head of Data Science Projects at The Erd?s Institute. Previously, she worked at a market research and growth-strategy firm called PATH, where she researched employee engagement and brand analysis. Her PhD involved designing experiments and testing hypotheses about how and why we experience emotions when we listen to music.
