Jo’Ann has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and 40+ years of administrative experience. Prior to joining Rutgers, Jo’Ann worked at Goldman Sachs & Co as a Department Administrator in their Management Development and Training Department. She possess strong supervisory, administrative, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, all of which help her to perform difficult tasks effectively and efficiently. In her role as the RuCCS Senior Program Coordinator, she has demonstrated knowledge and understanding about office administration, prioritizing, organizing, coordinating, and facilitating.

Radhames has a B.A. in Computer Science from Rutgers University. He has over 15+ years of experience providing technical support both remotely and onsite. He has worked at various companies providing technical support ranging from implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting, before coming to Rutgers University in 2014 as a Unit Computing Manager.
